Open Joint Stock Company The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine was founded on Jan. 3, 1992 pursuant to Presidential Decree N29 and 23 January of that year, the bank received its first license from the National Bank of Ukraine.

Today Ukreximbank - an open stock company, 100% owned by the state represented by the Cabinet. The Bank is consistently ranked in the group of largest banks in Ukraine. Structure Ukreximbank consists of major banks, 30 branches and 95 offices (01.01.2008) and covers almost the entire territory of Ukraine. Since the establishment of the Bank is consistently ranked in the group's largest system of banks of Ukraine, has the most widespread network of banks in Ukraine - reporters (more than 800 banking institutions in different countries).
