Commercial Bank "ARMA" is a universal banking institution, which provides a wide range of banking services.

The bank was founded in May 2003 and registered by the National Bank of Ukraine on October 14, 2003 under registration number 287. The Bank operates under license from the National Bank of Ukraine № 206 of 14.11.2003 and written authorization to conduct certain operations from 10.06.2005 № 206-2.

The Bank has the License of the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market for professional activities in the securities market (SSSMC license AA № 177028 from 25.06.2005 to carry out activities for the production and circulation of securities).

Since 2004, the auditor Commercial Bank "ARMA" is "Inter-Audit.

* Dec. 29, 2006 State registration of the Charter Commercial Bank "ARMA" in the new edition. Registered changes envisaged increase in authorized capital from 45 million UAH to 75 million USD.
* Bank "ARMA" always has a leading position in the ranking of participants PFTS Stock Exchange, as of 01.03.2007 bank took the 4 th position in the ranking of trading government bonds and 8 place among the dealers in corporate bonds.
* Aug. 29, 2006 signed a contract with payment organization to join the Bank in the national system of mass electronic payments (NSMEP).
* July 5 The Bank "ARMA" is integrated in the refinancing of the State Mortgage Institution.
* Oct. 26 Bank became a member of the Association of Jewelers of Ukraine.
