Since the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of the new Tax Code to the Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy at BP constantly receives letters requesting clarification of the Code and the rules of their application. In connection with these appeals was a meeting of the committee. According to committee chairman Victor Homutynnika, most complaints relate to charge VAT, tax administration, land fees and taxes on personal income. Large number of appeals also apply to the simplified taxation system. Chairman of the Committee said that the monitoring results of the new Tax Code will be reviewed at the end of the first quarter of 2011. Then the decision will be made about the need for, or making any changes to the law. In the Committee did not deny the need for some changes to the Code. Part of the laws have a dual interpretation that could harm the budgets of different levels.
